This is a free 7-day on-demand guided journey that will introduce you to the Pause-Feel-Respond™ Methodology and through simple daily practices, reflections and meditation, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system and experience greater calm, clarity, and connection. After just 7 days you’ll feel a meaningful difference in your state of being. This free introduction is a gentle reset and an accessible place to begin.

Signature Programs
Each of the Radiant Return Signature Programs apply the Pause-Feel-Respond Methodology™ and a combination of interdisciplinary practices including meditation, breathwork, yoga, self-reflection and an invitation for group sharing for live sessions. Each of the Signature Programs offer different durations and a self-paced on-demand experience. The foundational teachings and methodology across the programs are similar, but focus areas will differ over time making it possible and valuable to repeat programs. Focus areas include: “Path to Prosperity”, “Reclaim Vitality” and “Clarity over Compulsion”.
